I think the key, for the seller, is that you have to know what the item is
worth.  In these two cases (I saw them too), they knew what they were worth
and went a little higher.  I would have liked to pick a 21/2 back up (sold
mine, don't need it, have the 21/3.5, want it anyway), but $625?  As much as
I love my 90/2 and I will never part with it, I'd never have paid $775.  You
can buy them new from B&H for $999.

Now, if the buyers are list members, please don't take offense.  Both these
lenses are worth it, I'm just cheap <g>.   In fact, that pair of lenses
could be all you need.

You do have to be careful, though, don't you Chip <g>.
