According to one of the patents on OTF ,   22 or 23% reflectance. Just about 
enough difference from a ref 18 0rey card to be important if you sub an 18%

Common sensor diodes are usually quite small active area ~1mm^2 so unless in 
a large cut out the hole/sensor should not be an issue.
