I don't see what the fuss is here. There is a simple solution foe eSellers,
just say 'will ship internationally only to buyers who can pay via
Visa/Mastercard'. Then, the international buyer can send payment using
PayPal, BidPay, Billpoint... I use this all the time and it works well and
at a moderate cost.
