[OM] Vivitar 70-150 Matched Multiplier

A few weeks back, during a thread about the Vivitar 70-150 zoom, someone
mentioned that they had one but didn't have the Vivitar 2X 'Matched
Multiplier'.  As it happens, I just received just the multiplier in a kit.

If whomever that was would write me offlist at tscales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, I'll
ship it to you.
