Hi Arni,
Congratulations - you now own the finest piece of camera ever made (by
Olympus and by others).
I have two OM2sp's myself, both of which have the green flash-ready
light. I've had one of these since (uhh) the mid eighties. In neither of
these have I experienced any problems with battery drain - of course, I do
not use flash a whole lot, but I have been blissfully free from the
problems of battery-drain which others have described in relation to the
2sp. Chances are, that you might be lucky with yours as well.
However a piece of advice: you should go buy an OM4 instead, and donate
your OM2sp to me - you know you don't really want it ;) No, just kidding -
I am sure that you will enjoy the lil' wonder-camera ;)
