Warren, if you're serious-
check out any shooting supply outlet,
or even Wal-mart. In the 'black powder'
section, you should find 3" long, plastic
tubes with caps on both ends. Meant
to hold one complete charge, powder 
& ball for old type muzzle loading rifles.
