The model of exposure meter checker that my repairman uses says in the
owners manual to use a 50mm f/1.4 lens to get best results when
calibrating meters. But I'll have you know that I get different reading
depending on the light fall off characteristics of various f/1.4 lenses!
So much for simplicity in bench testing.
Sorry, I haven't had the patience to try out various screens. I'd
overstay my welcome!
