I recently purchased a Tamrac Photo Messenger 7. So far I'm pleased with the capacity and slim carry profile. The only problem was the size of the lens pockets which are too wide for our svelte Zuiko lenses. They tend to slide around and allow what ever is stacked above to fall to the lower compartment. The solution was to purchase a segment of high density foamed rubber pipe insulation with sufficient inside diameter to accomidate the lens. The added width of the pipe insulation stabilizes the lens and as a bonus gives better protection.

Careful - on another list I was on this question triggered a monster thread
and destroyed friendships! Not funny at all!
I have a collection of bags - found them all in junk shops, they all look
as if a truck ran over them, they cost bugger all and I can select a bag to
suit the situation. What I really fancy, though, is something that looks
like one of those cycle courier type satchels that have just got popular -
it would have to be more ergonomic than one of the standard soft box type
constructions.
