A friend of mine had a side business photographing sailboats in Northern
Michigan from a Cessna.  The last time he flew the pilot made a low speed,
low altitude turn to give him a better shot.  When the plane hit the water,
he went through the windshield and broke his back.  He was the only survivor
of the two.  The plane is still on the bottom of the lake.  Fortunately, he
made an almost full recovery.

My point, have the pilot keep his eyes and mind on the flying while you do
the shooting.
