Hi again, I just bought an OM-2sp for a very nice price, and with it
I got a soligor 35/2.8 (has onyone tested this lens?). I ran a roll of
b/w through it which I developed in my bathroom, and it seems to work
fine (no "flying strings" as the FAQ somewhere describes, I was a little
afraid of that).
Now to my question, I read at camtech that a green flashLED means
"batterys power this LED", and I have a green one. Is it possible to
obtain that upgrade somewhere, preferably from some place in europe?
The other thing I've been thinking about is the batteries themselves.
Everyone says that silver oxide batteries is better than alkalines. But
how much better are they? I've been using the same pair of alkalines for
two years now (with my OM-2), and I recently put them in the OM-2sp, and
they are working fine there.
Is it worth it too search for silveroxide? At least here in sweden the
alkalines are easier to find :-).
Thanx,
(btw.this list rocks!!!)
