Hi,

The F280 has a red light that helps the autofocus on the 707 in low light
conditions.
Combined with the high speed sync, the F280 is a good choice for that
camera.

One thing I find a drawback on the F280 with the OM4T is that you can't use
normal auto flash and combine that with a slow shutter speed, but on the
OM707 you can't put the camera on manual anyway.

I find that Olympus ought to have made a better flash with high sync
facilities than the F280 for the OM4T.
