It has a 4 bit micro in it, 4096 rom and 128 by 4 ram.
Someone with a fair amount of computer savvy should really get around
to taking one of these apart and disassembling the ROM. Although flex
manufacturing ain't cheap, it's coming down in price every year (think
inkjets) and there are already "field-programmable gate array" chips that
could be configured to mimic the uP and its rom/ram. In 10 years or so
when the circuits start crapping out for good, all this will be even
cheaper, and a collector with $20K of glass might well be willing to
pay a couple grand for the right working camera to go with them...
