Well, my OM-4 apparently does NOT have battery drain. As a point of 
reference, the 357's that are in there now have been in for about 14 months. 
Most of my photography in the last 14 months has been of my kids (including 
my 15 month old son), and most of that I do with the OM-2S, so the OM-4 has 
seen unusually light usage over that time period.

I tried LR44's once. Lasted about 2 weeks. Don't bother.

I suspect I'll be needing to put a new set of 357s in the OM-4 soon, though. 
Until I checked just now I hadn't realized they had been in there for so long.
