The Zuiko 85/2 has close focus correction mechanism, it should perform better
than the 100/2.8 at close distance. I have not perform the comparison test
before I sold the 100/2.8 but I have tested the 50/1.4 MC, 50/1.8 MC, 55/1.2,
50/1.2 (all at F4) and 50/3.5 (both SC and MC at F3.5) at around 1:15, the
50/3.5 is clear the winner, much sharper than the rest. The 85/2 is a very good
portrait lens, but if your main subject is landscape the 100/2.8 seem provide
higher contrast and better color saturation.
