I have a question for the list. In relation to the
digital storage of images, will the fast pace of
technology make it difficult to recover our pictures
in 20 or 25 or perhaps even 10 years? I can print some
of my first B&W negs shot over 25 years ago(they have
meaning to me),will the hardware to read the flash
cards,CDs, etc. still be avaliable and working in 20
years? Does anyone have any information on how long
the "10111001011...." stored on the various mediums
will last? I'm not posting this question just to stir
the pot, this is something I've been wondering about.
