How does this work in conjunction with a manual focus lens?  Would the
lens normally be left at infinity position and the CCD be capable of
moving back and forth about 15mm?  Does that also give us a "built-in
extension tube" by close focusing the lens in addition to the CCD moving
to the furthest back position?
