Phillip,

Your digital view camera idea is interesting. How about using a Hasselblad
flexbody with a digital back and a machined OM to Hassy converter? I'd have
to sell my house...

If the "digital film" concept doesn't die of "too little, too soon" ( see
the site http://www.siliconfilm.com/ ), perhaps a future iteration of this
technology will give us a way to use our optics and existing cameras. Even
if the efilm product were available for OM and the company offering it was
rock-solid, the CMOS limitations of the current design are daunting. It's
hard to imagine how a niche company can keep up with the digital imaging
powerhouses who have a strong interest in selling you new cameras rather
than retrofit hardware like the efilm product.
