An OM4Ti and a 300/4.5 on a QR monopod is my standard sports setup.
Nothing beats that spot metering for quick  checks on exposures, and
then everything goes to manual.

I'd eventually like to either get a 350/2.8 (as soon as Ed McMann
calls) or more realistically find a deal on a 3rd party 300/2.8 for
those times when 4.5 just doesn't get it (i.e. late games on dark
fields).
