Regarding the OM2000:

That's the double exposure level.  By pushing that you can wind the film
advance lever without winding the film.

Yes.  (or auto mode's that are built into the flash.)

ISO settings are the same as any other OM camera.  Always manual and in the
same location on the top right next to the view finder.  (Except that in the
case of the OM 2000 this dial is also used for shutter speed.)

And those 3 "idiot lights" coupled with the spot metering and a human brain
are a mighty powerful combination IMHO.  (it's the human brain that's the
limiting factor for me!)
