A while ago somebody asked if there was an adapter for the XA to take a
standard flash. I did not see any replies and my guess is that such an
item does not exist (at least not a production item). But the idea
intrigues me now that I have my own XA and an old Achiever 115A flash.
The physical mounting does not look to be that complicated, but how is
the XA wired, and can it fire a low tech flash without being fried?
