You had all the words, just needed to rearrange them. It's called the
"Lone Cypress". The grounds it stands on, right on a beautiful portion
of the California coast, were purchased by a Japanese company several
years ago. They forbade **anyone** from taking a picture of the tree.
Well, anyone except those they give their blessing to. This wonderful
company claims that not only does the tree belong to them, but also the
likeness of the tree and any image containing the tree or it's
likeness.
