Artur,
  The AC Adapters 2&3 feed something like 200 volts to the flash via the
connector that you are referring to.  On the other hand the external
battery pack is called the Bounce Grip 2.  The BG2 allows the use of 4
C-cells to power the T-32/T-20 flash.
