I'm 99.9ure they are. Our out-of-date multi-coated list at:
http://www.astro.wellesley.edu/lhawkins/photo/multicoat.txt
lists a 04-84 date of first mention of multi-coating. The 04-84 date for
introduction is wrong. It was first mentioned in official literature 3-83.
