The OM-G screen is a different part number than the 10, though they are
interchangeable.
The 10 screen is probably just a 1-13 with the tab cut off and filed down
(you can see the remnants of the tab on the edge of the screen).
I have not compared a G screen with the 2-13.  It is possible they are the
same material.
All Gs had the brighter screen.  All 10s had the 1-13 equivalent.
