Now that I'm threatening to make the FAQ "Son of Shipman" I'll think
about adding such info.  However, Ziv Kenet has an excellent summary of
all this on his web site (see my FAQ page for a link).  Since Ziv has
done such a good job, it seems redundant for me to duplicate his efforts
in the FAQ.

When the FAQ was written, it was assumed people would have other, more
comprehensive references for this sort of thing.  The harder info to dig
up is the difference between one model and another.

Yes, all of the above.  B&H still advertises them, as do a number of
other camera stores.
