Rokach and Millman has also published "Focus on travel" in 1992 ISBN
1-55859-371-3. It's still on the shelves in US, at least it was in Phoenix some
months ago. Lots of different travel piccies from all over the world, every
single on is credited with technical info, film used, camera and lens, f-stop,
shutter speed, 1000lympus and, yes, there are some obvious errors here as well.
