According to the OM Macro manual:
1. The 135/4.5 is design to work from 0.43x to infinity with tele auto
tube. With bellows, infinity to 0.5x (1x possible).
2. The 80/4 is design to work from 0.5 to 1.2x with tele auto tube, 1-2x
with close-up lens. With bellows, 2.2x to 0.5x (0.09x possible).
3. The 38/2.8 is design to work from 2.3x to 6.7x with bellows and 1.7x
with 14mm auto tube.
4. The 20/2 is design to work from 5.3x to 13.6x with bellows and 4.2x with
14mm auto tube.
