Ulf,
Congratulations on completing the shoot. Now, as you are finding, comes
the terribly difficult time between the shoot and the proofs. You can only
grin and bear it. Keep smiling and reassure your self that you did
everything you knew to do.

I am betting you did a wonderful job!

Regards,

Bryant

Hi all Olympioids

I've just returned from my first wedding, well, as a paid photographer that
is!

Things didn't start very well though. As i decided to load film in my OM4Ti
I noticed that the camera didn't wind the film. Upon closer inspection I
found that the release button (marked R) didn't jump back to it's default
setting (up) but stayed in the release mode. No way that camera could be
used. Argh! All my strategy was to have two cameras, one with a tele and
one
with a 50mm and also with slightly different films.
Needless to say I wasn't very happy with the situation, anyway my trusty
old
OM4 slipped down in the bag together with a 24/2.8, 35/2, 35-70/3.5-4.5,
50/1.8 and a 90/2. Add two T32's, 3 TTL-cables and auto connector and
you'll
have my total setup. As a backup, my wifes Pentax MZ5 with two zooms went
into another bag.

The photography proved out to be great fun, the couple being young,
beautiful and very photogenic. All in all a very succesful wedding with the
most fantastic sunshine weather the participants could hope for, which of
course is the same as bad photo weather, especially for the OM-user.
Fill-flash under these conditions outdoors with just 1/60 sec, oh dear.
Thank God I was using print-film, slides would have been a nightmare.

The 24/2.8, 35/2 and Pentax gear were never used, most used was the 50/1.8.

If the piccies turn out bad I'll immediately defect from this country, find
a very lonely island in the pacific and just pine there for the rest of my
life along with my OM's and Zuikos, escaping the rage of the couple and
their ancestors. Just so you know why I may disappear from this list :-)
