I have recently bought a Zuiko 21mm/f2 from warmer climes than here in the
UK and there are a few threads of what I suppose are fungus spreading for
2/3mm from the edges of the lens behind the front element.
Will the fungus spread? I have heard that it can be "treated" with UV light
but does this remove the fungus or just prevent its spread? We don't get a
lot of fungus in the Lake District, not on lenses anyway.
