If it's underwater slide film you're after, there is a new Ektachrome called, 
appropriately enough, Ektachrome Underwater (ISO 50/18°), with a cyan layer the 
sensitivity of which has supposedly been boosted two stops to compensate for 
cyan filtering.  A friend of mine used this exclusively on a recent trip to the 
Bahamas where he and his wife shot lots of the stuff.  Beautiful colour 
rendition.  Used in daylight, it would probably be quite weird.
