Oly Shooters:

Lots of discussion about OM-2(x)'s and -4(x)'s dying and not worth fixing.
How do they die?  Do you have one that died?  Could you have prevented it?
Anybody kill one with normal use?  (Right.  What is "normal" use?)

Let's hear some cautionary tales.
