Here's an updated copy of the lens hood cross ref, based on the input of
some folks. If anyone else out there could help fill in the blanks,
especially by letting me know which hoods I have listed as metal also
came in a rubber version, and vice versa, I'd appreciate it.

All other lenses have built-in lens hoods.
(1) Where two different hoods are listed for the same lens, the second
hood type is from the 1985 edition of "The OM System Lens Handbook",
while the first hood type is from a 1980 edition of the OM Lens Group
Manual.
(2) Both these lenses use the same hood.
(3) These five lenses all use the same hood.
(4) Note that originally many hoods were metal, but all current hoods
seem to be rubber.
(5) Both these lenses use the same hood.
(6) These three lenses use the same hood.
(7) The hoods for these two lenses are interchangable.
(8) The hoods for the 28/2.8 or 28/3.5 can also be used on this lens.
(9) The hood for the 28-48/4 can also be used on these lenses
