Yup, I'm constantly facing this, too. I'm going to try using my business name
exclusively in the address. The driver tells me they preferentially deliver
to businesses before they do residential addresses. They also seem to delay
redelivery to residential address until after 5 pm. As you probably know,
they are authorized to deliver until 8 pm on any given day.
