PRECISELY!

I'm really in love with the small form factor of the Oly system. I'm
considering a purchase right now of either a Canon EOS (probably a high-end
one, like the 1N) and an Olympus Centurion, because each of these would
offer me something that I can't get with my OM-4. At the same time, the -4
is a wonderful camera. When I need small form factor in a 35mm design,
I'll *always* think of Olympus. As I've been following the threads, the
only thing I've really wanted is the return of the OM-3 and OM-4 (without
titanium, but with the improved electronics that the late 1990s could
offer) at a lower price (as the yen keeps falling, I keep hoping...). I'd
also settle for structural plastic in a few places -- I've personally
experienced such plastics out of a couple of research labs that were
tougher than steel and lighter than titanium, and could be machined well
and to tight tolerances. I've got no problems with plastics, as long as
they're judiciously engineered.
