Thanks for the comments.  Turkish airlines allows for up to 100 Wh units and 2 
per person.  That is probably too much weight to justify it.  Cam batteries are 
more efficient as don't lose the 30 ish % to heat but phones, tracker etc 
should have a back-up.  Not sure how much.
