I recommend watching "The Art of Life" by Science of nonduality.
Great video of a guy (abstract mathematician) who cleared out a home
in the jungles of Hawaii. video is on your-tube.

One of my favorite videos. Because he had some back issues, he went
swimming in the ocean every day. Might be a good new activity for you.
And you will need to invest in some underwater housings.
