Actually, -10F isn't too bad. It's cold, but we rarely have wind AND
cold together. So, when you compare windchill numbers, it isn't bad at
all. I'll go hiking and snowshoeing down to -10F. That's my personal
limit. At -20F is when I personally hit my threshold of pain. The air
burns me at that temperature. Meanwhile, you'll still see people out
and about in shorts and flipflops.
