The very next day, Lytton re-set the record to 47.9.
You've heard of people frying eggs on a sunny sidewalk? In Lytton, you could
fry them in the shade!
Here on Salt Spring Island, it's a blessed relief at *only* 32 (90F) today. I
had to go get my winter jacket.
