This is an issue very near and dear to me. I had fallen behind on a
technology that I was responsible for. I gave bad guidance and it
almost cost me my job. I take this stuff very seriously now, but even
at that, it's hard to stay on top of everything. Especially in the
world of subsea fiber. I'm having to learn on the fly.
