With this first weekly blog of 2021, I begin my 21st year of PAWs. We had some
cold weather to start 2021, initially sunny, towards the end of the week cloudy
and rainy and windy. I did some cycling in the early part of the week as
always, but then the weather turned nasty and I felt a bit under the weather,
so I stayed home for a couple of days. I did use the time to visit the Santa
Faz monastery, a nice place just 3 km from my house where I had not been for
some years. And as always, there is some food to whet your appetites. It is all
