I don't know if you know about Ctein, one of the premier printers in the world. He's a kinda photo buddy. I've been in
his printing room, viewing and having things described and shown to me, including with loupes. Sharpening for printing
is a different fettle of kish.
He does think Topaz Gigapixel, Sharpen and Denoise AI are close to magic.
