Don't hold your breath. I was down there early Monday morning. There are
five large cranes clustered around the work area. Only one, a pile driver, was
in operation.
There are two small cranes on rafts floating out on the lake.
It's difficult to get a decent vantage point at ground level, but I have a
couple of ideas.
