My understanding is that Ukraine will soon be establishing a network of
hospitals and medical clinics across America, named QuidProQuo Medical,
and will provide a single-payer-to-a-Ukraine-bank-account medical
insurance plan tied to this network. Hospital cafeterias will feature
Chicken Kiev. Suspended funding will be released shortly after the
public announcement.
Thus fulfilling: "We're going to produce phenomenal health care, and we
already have the concept of the plan." [The Man, 2016]

But I'm not an insurance company executive. When evaluating things in American
government, always remember, follow the money. Private insurance companies give
big money to campaign funds. Taking away old overweight white guys from the
Trump International Golf Club will prove nearly impossible.
