I would hope the touch system is improved. Maybe it's just my fingers, but I 
often find touching things produces no results.

It was a common complaint about the menus. According to initial reviews, 
supposedly the menu system has been improved on the e-m5iii. 

The video at the end of this review indicates the touch menu system is greatly 
improved:

At around 2:10 he claims to be able to quickly change settings. 

The ultimate question, for me to consider, is what lens (lenses) to go with it.
