I'm going to agree with Jim on the suggestion for Lowe's. However,
I'll say that these outdoor lights, no matter how much you spend or
how good/worthless they are, will last 2-5 years. The LEDs dim over
time, the solar panel fades and the electronics corrode.

You could get a gas light.
