Yeah, that must be the tradition ! I live opposite an expensive private school
and there is one of the gardeners blowing leaves every school day starting at
about 07:00 - even now in the last few weeks of spring. A poitless activity
really, blow the leaves onto the garden beds then the wind blows them back onto
the paths during the day.
