That’s pretty rubbish treatment, Tina!
I’ve flown airlines since I used to come to the UK for boarding school in the 
1960s.  Back then it was fun and an adventure.  I suppose that it was easier to 
fit into seat pitches when I was young, but now it’s a major chore.  I can’t 
even adopt the “Brace!” position unless I’ve paid for extra legroom.
