Two choices:
1. Grit teeth, spend $5, see if it works. Maybe sell off one lens to pay for
it.
2. Put camera on shelf with lenses. Let guy that buys it sometime in the
future from your estate sale spend the $5, and get to use the camera and
lenses with all the new film that is supposed to be on its way.

camera body just to see if it works. I have quite a few P-K lenses that I
can use with it. Those have been my second choice for use with my
E-500/510/520 bodies.

Yikes! That's more than what I paid for the camera.
Walgreen has the Energizer pack for about twice that amount.
