I forgot to mention. Before you do anything else open the Windows
Control Panel. <Start><Control Panel><Programs and Features> go through
the list and uninstall programs that you don't use any more. If you
don't know what it is don't mess with it. You can come back and google
it to see what it does. Maybe then uninstall. But first continue on to
the list in my first post.
