If that's a metro, it's a very old aircraft. Very. Could be engine maintenance problems. And the Garrett 331 is no PT6.

    It appears to be rolling to the right.


Essentially a modified MetroLiner III, I believe.

If memory serves me, the Metro III was (may still be) exceedingly
difficult during climb out with a loss of critical engine at max
takeoff weight.
